Our accessibility statement and feedback channel

Accessibility at LaneLink

LaneLink is being designed for people with different access needs. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA and EN 301 549 as our product baseline for the web and mobile apps.

Current status

Engineering foundation in progress — full WCAG/BFSG conformance is not yet claimed.

What we are working toward

We are improving keyboard operation, focus visibility, colour contrast, responsive reflow, screen-reader semantics, reduced motion, and accessible authentication and club workflows.

German accessibility scope

The German BFSG may apply depending on LaneLink’s contracting model and whether a consumer-facing service is offered. Our legal owner must confirm the scope, any microenterprise exemption, and the competent market-surveillance authority before publishing a final legal declaration.

Report an accessibility barrier

Please describe the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology involved. We will use the report to reproduce and prioritise fixes.

Email the LaneLink support team

The legal owner must verify that this mailbox is monitored before a BFSG-scoped launch.

Review and evidence

This statement is reviewed with each accessibility release gate. The release record includes automated checks, keyboard and zoom checks, forced-colors checks, and VoiceOver/TalkBack testing.
